I know that they are “difficult,” but what I want to know is are they “leet code” type difficult or are they “system design” / “know your sh*t” kind of difficult.

I am still awaiting offer from Capgemini as I have cleared interviews and completed documentation there too.
My question is should wait for Capgemini's offer? As they haven't been responsive to any of my mode of communication.

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night. Guys.. just a headup.. dnt join epam anywhere .. they dnt have projects.. they are re-evaluating people again .. same technical interview of 1.5 hours ... Not sure wat is the outcome of the technical interview after geeting offer letter n joining epam.
