Currently an LSA at Deloitte USI Advisory with 7.5 YOE and 20 lpa fixed

Please help me compare all aspects of both orgs (not just salary)

Approved by doctor/HR to remain remote and it’s not going over well( we were told we would remain remote, which included giving up our desks, but are now being asked to come in two days). The person who seemed the most annoyed by my request is my direct boss. I found it odd because she announced she was only doing one day because she was pregnant and the director was basically like “ok”. I don’t want to put a target on my back and I do enjoy the work. Should I just bite the bullet and come in?

I got approached for direct admit partner opportunities at 2 of the top 10 firms. I am currently a director and just don't see a future (nor was considered) for partner track at CohnReznick. Usually I get asked about job referrals at Freshworks. Here's how it works. When an opening has lot of applicants and when we refer a person they are placed earlier in the queue for screening round. However the interviews and selection criterias are purely unbiased. All applicants are evaluated or shortlisted the same way.
