Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

You need to go to hr about this. Be honest with them..they have seen it all before.. you have been bullied. Try to make notes about each incident, no matter how trivial it sounds to you.
I have a similar person in my team. I tried reporting them to their manager, but that didn't work well. Some people expend lot of energy in manipulating the team by showing best side to superiors and worst side to subordinates. I had one-one talk with this person, explaining how I think their behavior is affecting my work and received nasty feedback in return. Our interactions improved a bit after that 1-1 meeting, but didn't completely turn around. The worst part is now this person reports to me and I am in a very awkward position. Sorry I don't have an easy answer for you, but thought I will share my experience as well.
Can you take it up with your manager? They should be able to address the issue in a more nuanced way. Chances are you aren’t the only one with the issue and if its effecting others that is undesirable.
I have similar person on my team. Except he's the senior engineer. Refuses to do anything. It use to be tolerable when we had a large team that work can be assigned to others.
But now that our team has shrunken to basically a few people that I just assign it to myself and juggle coordinating and developing all the work that comes in just to avoid him for the past year. And dude still gives nasty feedback about me and my work behind my back, despite haven't done any code reviews with me nor gets involved in any projects. And sadly his words carry weight bc of title, even if it's baseless. Sometimes the only direction left is the exit.
Name the game. Call them out on it.
