I received an offer for Data Engineer – 2 at IDFC First Bank with a CTC of ₹17.5 LPA (₹15 LPA fixed). Initially, I was happy as it was a 100% hike, but later learned a peer with similar experience got ₹22 LPA (₹18 LPA fixed). I didn’t negotiate then, but now I’m unsure if I should revisit it after signing two weeks ago. Is renegotiation advisable at this stage?
