Hi All,
I received an offer from MCD Hyderabad but not willing to join as low hike. If I don't join and communicate the same to ANSR HR before 1 month / 15 days of my doj, will they block my profile in Talent500 or blacklist me in all the GCC they handle?
Please suggest what should I do ?

I also didn't join MCD because of same reason 5 months back but I didn't get blocked by Talent500 and still receive email for other opportunities from them.

I sent them an email about my decision of joining other company.
They are very strict about re-negotiation. For me ctc difference was 6 lakhs and they said they have offered the max budget. Only gave 2.5 as joining bonus which didnt make sense to me. So, I didn't join citing I am joining the other one.
