Hi All, I recently interviewed at Wipro for a client-specific project. I cleared my interviews, the HR discussion was done, my CTC was approved, and received mail that my BGC was initiated.
Later, HR informed me that the role has been put on hold due to pending approvals. My interviewer said it’s a temporary delay and I might hear back in a week or two. It’s now been two weeks, and I haven’t heard from HR yet.
• Is there a chance the role still reopen?
• Do roles on hold usually get cancelled?

Recently got offered a freelance consulting role for the month of December. Will be mostly focusing on award submissions. Never done this before and I have to send hours/rates, any tips?

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?
