In my case neither want to lead which makes it more frustrating
In my case the con is we don’t have a senior. So the manager is acting as the senior and the sr manager is acting as the manager but they’re both on multiple engagements so nobody has time to explain things to me or the other A1
oof..this hits right in the feels
Pair a senior manager with a newer manager who still needs to grow. It only works with the right leveling. You can’t pair an experienced manager with a senior manager unless that senior manager is acting like a director.
Pros, shit gets done. Cons, micromanaged
