Hi, I am being offered 27L + 2L Variable for Manager (M1) at KPMG India. Will I also be eligible for year end performance bonus? Or is variable pay the only amount that I’d be eligible for?

It would primarily range above 10% , nice to know that you have got a great hike based on your fixed which is 13.3. KPMG India is a good organization 👍🏼

It doesn't matter , he has got the requisite experience and his current package is 13 fixed and he has got a decent hike based on that. The salary will commensurate with the previous package
What is the variable percentage?? Is it like 0-10% ??? Can you mention your YOE and tech stack..I can tell you based on that
I have experience of 2 years and 10 months. HR told me variable would be 10-25%. Also, I am joining as strategy consultant in management consulting, so no Tech stack as such.

Initially HR confirmed me they will not provide relocation bonus or anything hence checking

I have heard people getting offered 8-10 at Associate Consultant level. But, again, there are multiple factors at play like your education, your skill sets and current CTC. All the best !

This is not mentioned in the offer letter. It just says Consultant position
Hey i interviewed with KGS b2b 3 days 3 interviews done she took a few days to confirm I was selected for the role. She asked for few docs i have given that i was having a offer i have shared that as well she confirmed she didn't know if they can match or not but whatever they can give they will let me know. Since when did KPMG give 17 fixed for less than 3 YOE. You are already overpaid for the job.
Sorry if this created a confusion, but I have an MBA from an IIM.
And, given the industry standards and education, this is still lesser than a lot of people from my batch.
I am still grateful for this though, given that I was a fresher.
However since posting, I have received couple more offers with 30-35% upward pay. And, I might not take go with KPMG after all.
