I’ll be graduating in 2026 from IIT Madras (Metallurgy), but my experience is in software dev. I interned at Deutsche Bank (Spring Boot + Angular) and have machine learning projects as well.

I’m exploring FTE roles at Bank of America. Can someone share if it’s possible to get >22 LPA CTC (~15 in-hand) for roles in backend/full-stack/ML? Also, do IB intern experiences help in getting higher bands?

My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

A creative team I started working with recently has decided to ignore my every comment. They take feedback from anyone else but me, and whenever I push them to make said changes, they just pick fights and make snarky comments. Anyone have any idea why this might be?
