My friend is offering to give me their Roger's Elite (unlimited) cpa course log in for free. He's about to take his last exam & is hoping to pass. Does anyone know how Roger tracks if you pass an exam or not?
I'm just worried mid way thru studying they'll cancel his subscription since he passed all 4 (or hopes so!). Should I just buy my own (currently a promo going on, $1,500) or hope they don't cancel his subscription?

After building a broad background in HR, I’m looking for my next role to focus in on people/workforce analytics and data visualization.
I’ve learned a decent amount about it on my own, but I’d love to get more formal education or training for analytics and data visualization software.
Any recommendations for training that really dives into the technical side and best practices? Most of what I’ve found has been more like a broad overview of what people analytics is, not in-depth training.

I’m a senior graduating in May and want to work in strategy at an agency. I know it’s probably too early to apply to jobs, but I’ve been looking for entry level strategist jobs just to see what kinds of things are mentioned in job descriptions, but I’m having trouble finding them. Is there a certain name used for this kind of role that I’m aware of rather than strategist, or are these types of entry level roles just hard to come by? Thanks!

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Should I take the chance at this job and leave the restaurant that is on the rise and growing?

How do you all deal with the guilt of leaving a comany/ team? I have been working at Microsoft for 1 year now, and seriously considering moving. I find the code base to be very legacy and I mostly work on obscure bugs that I spend so much time on, mostly due to navigating this large code base and not having much docs to refer to. Hence I find the job slightly unsatisfying, and that I could learn more elsewhere. However, I love the wlb, the team and company culture. The guilt stops my applying.

Hello Everyone

I accepted an offer with a great company. I am happy with the position and there are good growth opportunities but I wasn't able to negotiate well and I accepted the offer as I was laid off and wanted to start a new role asap. I feel my salary is too low and with all the rising costs it will be hard to sustain. What should I do in this case and is there a way I can ask my company to increase my base salary.

Has anyone worked with stable.jobs? I’ve gotten set up but before I grab a gig I just want to see what others thought.

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.

But they have told us flat-out (even when asked directly) that we won't get a salary change or even just a title change. What should we do? It seems unethical at the very least.

Any advice?
