I’m currently at EY (3 YOE) with a fixed CTC of ₹6LPA. I’ve received an offer from Infosys for a Senior Associate Consultant role with a CTC of ₹10 LPA.

I’m torn –
• EY vs Infosys: Which is better for long-term growth?
• How’s the work-life balance?
• Any major red flags I should be aware of?
