Hi all - looking for advice on what to do with my current job. Been in my role (at a financial services firm) for just under a year and keep receiving “constructive feedback” from my manager and some team members. Ironically, my year-end rating was good and received a decent bonus last year, but now I’m told that I’m not meeting expectations (and the mid-year reviews are next month). Should I put my best foot forward and try to salvage the situation or consider other options?
