AIG- $150k (bonus usually $10k+)
GEICO - $80-$100k (small profit sharing but most goes to your 401k)
Liberty Mutual - $75k-$95k (small bonus)
Travelers- $130k-$150k (bonus usually around $10k)
Progressive- $130k-$150k (bonus target 40% of base for most attorneys)
Hartford- around $150-$160k (not sure of bonus)
Allstate and Statefarm (around $110-$125k) small bonus

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.

Is there such place as non toxic ID firm? Or does any of ID attys like what they do? I moved from general practice to an ID firm six months ago. Biggest mistake of my life.
