My current CTC is 10 LPA Bangalorebwith SQL Developer role. I received offer letter from tcs for 15 LPA has 1.5 LPA variable. Also received offer letter from Kyndryl of 12-13 LPA fixed.

Kyndryl is telling need to go for Europe location for training & then Bangalore location to work in banking project. I see negative reviews as well regarding Manager/mangement of kyndryl.

Pls help, I'm immediate joiner, Which is best to go for?

Anyone stop logging all their hours?
I did and it's killing me because now I'm working till 2 am, but its not showing on paper. I o ly show 8 or 9 hours. But, I would rather not get yelled at from the client or director for going over budget. The budget is super tight, like 1.5 hours per workpaper and my associate already uses all of it. So nothing is left for review. Why do partners do this to us?

Hi, i have been laid off by publicis sapient & my LWD was at 30dec, 2022. I got a job within 15 days and asked ps to prepone my LWD to 30nov, 2022. During the layoff meeting they said I will get salary till 30th dec, even of i leave early with bonus of 5% of my total compensation and leave encashment money also. With all this I am supposed to get approx 2 lakh. But I got 56k today. I am not sure if it is the F&f settlement or not. Can anyone help?
