My HRIS Analyst position was recently impacted due to the company's downsizing and now I am actively applying for new positions. This was my first corporate job after college and so I only have approximately 2 years of HRIS and general HR experience, I feel like I have been set up to fail in this super competitive job market. Does anyone who has recently been hired or is familiar with the current job market have any tips to quickly secure an entry-level HR role? Thank you!!

There is "Annual Flexible Compensation" compenent in the salary structure, is it paid monthly along with basic salary or as it has flexible word in the name , its given as per company's performance?

I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.

I'm currently in a consulting manager role internal to a well regarded pharma company. However, i have been contacted about a role at IQVIA for a new pure strategy internal group that they are standing up. It would be a 55% salary boost with director title and completely remote. Should I consider it? The salary increase and location flexibility are alluring.

How difficult would it be to exit into MBB from Big 4 financial services consulting? Obviously it’s dependent on the candidate, but is this a switch one can accomplish without going back for an MBA?
