I got call from tech Mahindra for selection on Friday But still waiting for any mail confirmation.

(1)How much time it will take to get confirmed selection mail and further process upto joining?
(2) They will call for salary negotiation or not?
(3) Upto what range they negotiate?
(4) What will be the salary negotiation range for 6 years experience person having 9lpa is the current package?

I want to make the switch to product development or management. I only have experience in a webte agency and would love to explore other roles and companies.

How do you deal with unresponsive summers? I’m a junior and overseeing my first project with summers (5 in total). Two are unresponsive and do not acknowledge my emails. Do I need to make it clear that I expect acknowledgement when I assign work? The other three don’t have a problem with this, so I’m not sure what it is.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Great India clearly supported Russia by abstaining on UNSC bill that condemns Russia.
Now India should not expect any support from the UN or the Quad if it is cornered by China eventually.
Also it my make the west ponder over any more FDI in India and they might also cut the existing trade ties and MOUs inevitably affecting the jobs.
