I have applied and completed all the rounds with salary discussion and all but suddenly am seeing my status in Oracle application site as "Not retained" even when HR said your offer letter is in process will take 2 days to release. Why am getting this " Not retained" status? Can anyone help me Oracle Oracle India

Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. Doubting my decision to come to industry. Is this the norm? Feels really low as historically variable has been a big enough component for me to pay down loans/invest.

Asking this because I've been preparing for CAT this year and I feel like my preparation is only good enough to get me around 90-95 %ile which is not enough to get a call from the top IIMs. I've been preparing alongside my job and its been a tough 3 months. Have you used or ever heard someone use oral progesterone during IVF? I did injections in my first round which failed, but the practice in my home country uses oral progesterone a lot.
