And an offer with Legato with (X + 2) LPA as fixed comp.
Total Years of exp: 3 Years

What would be the pros and cons? Where should I join? Suggestions Please.

And is there anyway out to ask KPMG to match the counter offer of Legato. What are the chances that KPMG will revise the offer? or will they drop my candidature?
