My current CTC is around 30LPA.

I got an offer from Autodesk with 34 LPA fixed + 10% variable + 31,000 USD RSU (vested over 4 years) + 5 LPA signing bonus.

Just wanted to check — is this a good offer as per Autodesk's current standards ? And if not, how much can I negotiate on this?
