Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

I’m based in LA and for the last 5 years almost all of my projects have been east coast.

Any Accenture Interactive account folks on what makes a successful Account Lead at AI. I've been approached for a "Digital Transformation Executive" role, but my knowledge of digital transformation/CX/BX is cursory at best.

I crashed and burned pretty hard at Publicis Sapient (now back industry-side) and am wary of going back into the digital transformation space. However, the AI folks insist my general business background, MBA and brand strategy experience will translate to success.
