Hi, I have got an offer from Autodesk for the role of Software Engineer in Test - Automation. I have 1.5 yrs of experience. They are providing me -10.5 lpa as fixed pay + AIP + 15450 USD RSU vesting over a period of 3 yrs. Is it a good offer as per market standards??

I have 2 offers in hand currently -
1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!
