This might not be the answer you're looking for, but you shouldn't base your prices on what others charge. Run your COB and charge based on that. I could tell you I charge $100 for 60 minutes of work and they get all the photos. While that might be worth to me it might not be enough money for you.
Agree with Humana 1. You'll find that the range is extremely wide and pricing models vary (e.g. hourly rate vs day rate vs packages). Generally speaking, pricing should depend on several factors -- Covering overhead costs (e.g. equipment rental, location rental, travel costs, etc) then consider the quality of your work and value of your time (i.e. is this a side business or your primary source of income).
That said, from a consumer perspective, I probably wouldn't pay more than $300 for a portrait package that you outlined.
