Hello Fishes, I carry 5.9 yrs of exp in International inside sales & LeadGen (Domestic- 2 yrs & Europe- 3.9 yrs) working for Tata Elxsi from past 2.8 years. As I'm not getting the expected hike based on my performance, I want to change the co. Current package - 8LPA, too low compared to market standards.
* Let me know- how much should I quote if I start to give interviews * Is it a good time to switch co. Also share which companies should I approach. Thanks in advance.
Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

Hello! First off, thank you for your service!
Sounds like you’ve got a great background in supply chain. I would suggest you highlight any sort of analytical experience, project management, and inventory planning you have. Be sure to tweak your resume to match key words in positions you’ve applying for. Look for active vs passive voice in your bullet points as well.
Another thing to look at is researching if the companies you’re interested have a military employee resource group. If they do, reach out to them directly and let them know of your interest in joining their company. Companies that have these ERGs are committed to military hiring initiatives and can help give you a leg up!
Good luck!
Hi! I would also suggest highlighting any microsoft excel skills you have. You can take a test and earn a skill badge on linkedin. Good luck!
