Hi all — quick question on MBB reapplication timing. Is the one-year cool-off period typically hard-set, or is there some flexibility? For example, if I was rejected ~10 months ago but the firm is actively recruiting now (and may not be open if I wait until the full 12 months), is it appropriate to apply? Is it a good idea to reach out to the recruiter who handled the previous process to ask?
