My company is trying to get us all to vaccinate, even though I work remotely. Is this unconstitutional?

There is no law that forces you to get vaccinated, and companies cannot force you, now wearing a mask if you are not vaccinated if they can, you should consult a lawyer, that can be treated as harassment.

I think if you don't want to, you shouldn't. If your work position is remote, I don't see why the obligation to get vaccinated.

The intention of many companies to force you to get vaccinated is due to who may be affected because you do not get vaccinated, it is a way of creating a healthy environment, your company must ensure the well-being of all.

Have you thought that the intention of your company beyond that you get vaccinated is that you are always healthy? Remember that you are an employee and a source of profound progress for the company. Maybe you disagree with getting vaccinated, but it would also be good if you saw the reasons for your company.

THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS; if you don't want to be vaccinated, your company cannot force you, much less if your position is remote; it seems to me a total lack of respect and an open violation of your rights.

Most company will accept or have to accept religious freedom ground. So instead of rejected outright, google a religious freedom form and submit that. I saw a few lawyers have some available for free.
It crazy that after 2 years and company still doing this.

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.

Does anyone have recommendations on which plan to go with for each child? I once did the pros and cons on a whiteboard and it seemed like 529 was better.

I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

What is the most useful technical or soft skills for any mechanical engineer to have where you work? I’m curious to know what really matters for everyone and what makes a big impact on the team and business.

Specifics if you can; CAD tools, simulation, CAD speed or proficiency, industry or standards knowledge, GD&T, certifications, Microsoft Excel, presentation skills, technical writing, project management, self organization, great communication, teaching ability, relationship building, etc.

I don't know if anyone can answer this. But how much do most civil engineers make? There are so many conflicting reports about "overpaid consultants" and it's almost impossible to get an actual answer
