I went through multiple screening and interviews at PWC for a senior tax position- 2.5 years of experience . They claimed I didn’t possessed enough public experience, but they directed me to another subsidiary of PWC. Does anyone know anything about Asset Wealth Management?

I am in my first year of practice and am working at a small firm with three partners. They have me starting off doing family law but none of them have practiced family law. I find myself really struggling to figure things out blindly and have to go to the partners frequently for insight. How much question-asking is too much question-asking?

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.
