Recently joined Deloitte (5 YOE Java full stack). I declined a project due to legacy tech stack, and the talent team has now sent an email stating it could lead to non-compliance disciplinary action.

Is this expected early on?

I'm a marketer and I'm having a hard time getting my clients to listen to me.

I have been in marketing for 10 years now. I've worked with hundreds of clients and have been able to increase their sales by over $1 million each year.

But every time I go into a meeting with a new client, they ignore everything I say. They just want to talk about their product. They don't seem interested in learning how to market it better.

Is getting a masters worth it? Would pursuing a masters degree earn me any hike in my current job (current role: data analyst)?
