What should I do if I lack passion for my job? I have accumulated over 6 years of experience in the IT field, but due to my lack of knowledge at the beginning of my career or RMG, I was not assigned to the right projects where I could have honed my abilities and gained practical experience. Even after 6 years, I still don't feel confident enough to work independently on a project from scratch.

Recently I got a offer letter from TCS, my concer is on creating UAN number.

When I was pursuing my BTech at that time itself I have done some job as part time in a power plant so they have created an uan number for me. I have worked there for 2years approx after that I left. and also I withdraw all the amount from uan number.

So now my question if I don't want to give my uan number in tcs because if they see the details they are going to questioning on me..
