While back I received offer from Wipro but there are some components in salary breakdown I am confused about.
Will i receive below components in the in hand salary or they can vary depending on company.
1. BONUS (estimated but paid as per Company policy
2. WIPRO BENEFITS PLAN as per Company policy
3. ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE
4. VARIABLE PAY (as per eligibility)

Will i receive all these components or some components will not be paid?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.
