Hi, anyone here work in IT at a bank and been able to negotiate the working location?

I’ve had a handful of Bank of America recruiters reach out to me for roles in big cities, but for family reasons I don’t want to relocate outside Michigan right now. There’s a very nice Merrill Lynch office near me and it looks empty when I go by it. Do you think I’d be able to negotiate working out of that office for the roles I’m qualified for (imma mobile dev—can work anywhere with a MacBook and wifi)?

For those who work in Agencies, how do you accurately identify the work capacity of your Account Management team? I’m currently comparing against account billable/number of accounts, however, there are still discrepancies. I layer on time tracking, but smaller billable accounts will sometimes be just as demanding as larger billable accounts which create profitability issues.
