Current pay at Intel- G6
Base + yearly bonus- 25.3L
NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?
How much can I expect base and RSU from NVIDIA?

LTI HR will not reach to you until joining date once they have released offer letter to you. If you have better alternative then you should connect with your recruier and give him/her hint that you have better alternative offer and you are thinking about it or you may not join LTI. See if they budge and based on their reply you will understand if ther are open for changing their previous offer.
Dont join LTI. They dont have projects here. U will be put in pool for long time and finally forced to work for support role.
Not sure. It seems they are just increasing bench strength and after some time forcing people to resign if not allocated to project.
