I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

I was shocked and responded in that way. I have to apply for the position and after some thought I decided I didn’t want to do it. They aren’t offering an increase in base pay and giving me the responsibility of management without the title. Yesterday, I received a PIP is this retaliation?

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. What does this mean? This is for a marketing specialist role. I’m asking for $70K bottom line

I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.
A few questions I have regarding this.
