I am looking for M&E, project/programme management roles in international development organisations in India and in Africa ( particularly Southern Africa and East Africa as I’ve lived/worked there before). Academics wise I’ve an undergraduate degree in economics and a masters in economic development.

How long is too long to try to push back a start date? Getting a formal offer early next week but trying to keep that big law bonus if possible. Firm pays out bonuses Dec 30 & I have a vacation scheduled Dec 19-23 (and was planning on working remotely the week after too). Ideally want to get EOY bonus or negotiate for a signing bonus but is it too much to push for signing bonus and those weeks off? I'm open to working remotely those two weeks but know that may not be the best when I start.

A few questions I have regarding this.

3. How is the hike and bonus?
4. How is the scope of moving to development centre of Oracle - IDC?
