I have 3 year experience working at Deloitte Consulting and want to move on to a Sales role and Career. I currently make $110K, is this feasible comp to make starting out in Sales?. How can I learn about comp in your industry?

Besides the comp question, are there any resources/forums/books online that anyone can recommend that’ll get me a good understand of what to expect out of a sales role, different sales roles, how to succeed, build career, etc. Im starting from 0

I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. Is there a way if we can find out if we have management capabilities? Everyone is of the opinion that we should switch to management after some point as we can't keep ourselves updated. I just have 4yrs of experience for now but just wanted to check if i can find out if i lack that and if yes how can I improve on that.
