Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... Considering Leaving JP Morgan to join US bank is that a sounds move ? 9 years of software engineer experience - currently paid $135K plus bonus as Associate software engineer at JPMC- but I want a fully remote position that’s why considering making the move to US bank. Is it worth the move if they offer me the same salary? Or should I ask for more ?

A friend was told their firm will cut ties EOY if certain things don’t improve. Friend had planned to quit in the next year anyway (to start their own business), so there is no real incentive to bend over backwards. Friend’s goal is to keep the income for a little longer, but to minimize conflict / headaches. What’s the best move here? Wait until EOY and take the severance? Give 6 / 9 / 12 months’ notice now? Is there such a thing as too much notice? Could too much notice backfire?

I have cleared CONGA first round for software Engineer. I have second round of techno managerial round post . Any idea what to expect from this round as its a product based organization?

I'm in a new role, and working with data on a scale I haven't seen before (petabytes). When you are designing complex logic at this scale, what is your approach for load testing? I've been working with a tiny subset of data, but now I have a couple ideas I want to test and compare on a larger scale, but the scale of this data is honestly overwhelming to me.

Should we learn React or Angular is sufficient to grab good opportunity in the current scenario?
