I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. It takes passion, curiosity, and the ability to research to hunt for the right person for the role. I believe it can be done in any industry. However, it seems like companies would take a novice over someone with a different industry experience (after viewing several LI profiles) and I don't want to be boxed into my current industry.

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked.
