I need help with compensation info. I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). Having trouble landing a decent job, I am 4 years post bachelors, environmental science. I can not seem to land a job above minimum wage.
