3 years experience + 1.5 years gap.

I have 3 years of experience as a Java dev on paper was mostly on bench, dummy projects and LOP. Tried everything I can to get into project but no response from the managers and relevant teams. Had many personal issues so I did not resign. Then was forced to resign even after clearing all the tests and interviews. Its been 1.5 years being unemployed, not getting any calls.

Need help.
What should I do. Any help would change my life.
