I have offer from Deloitte USI, 13 fixed + 0-10% variable pay, so is it worth joining it, because as I see people are getting paid too much for data engineers like 17-18 lpa's, and there are lot of openings for DE but I am not getting interview calls, so should I wait or should I join Deloitte USI?

Hello Friends Am working in Presales for past 3 years. Overall 4+years exp. Got offers from pwc n Grant thorton. Pwc offered 9.3 Lpa fixed with other benefits. Grant Thorton 9.75 Lpa Fixed. Pwc one is US shift (6pm-3Am) while GT one is day shift(11Am - 8PM). Considering more ctc n day shift in GT over night shift in PWC. Is it good decision to drop the big 4? PwC Grant Thornton
