I have 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer at IBM and transitioned into cybersecurity through a PG in Cyber Security from an NCSC-certified UK university. Question: In Maryland, a limited liability S Corp shareholder can’t be sued individually but can they individually sue someone else on behalf of the corp? Or does an attorney for the Corp have to be the one to file suit? What abt in small claims court where lawyers aren’t even required?

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?
