Hi Everyone, I am currently working on a project which was earlier in poc mode and got greenlight as full time project in month of march. I am facing issue with my work as I the latest requirement seems to be complex. I was able to complete the earlier requirement but the change in clients requirement and managers n leads inability to convince the client has made the requirement more complicated. I am worried now what to do. Any suggestions on how to proceed.
