I am done with 1st round of interview and got an update from the HR for a client round. This conversation happened at the last week of December when I asked an update, HR replied that clients are on vacation because of New Year and they will get back to me.

Till now I haven't received any further update on that client round.

Can anyone guide me on this? When to receive the call or any next step from my side?

I need to know what is the role of a semi senior software engineer At Globant?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

They have relevant openings for my stack, but they are Banking Projects. I had heard banking projects are strict with their security. Will they ask to report to office or any other measures we have to follow

Will globant revise offer letter ? After receiving offer from from globant I got one more offer, but u want to join globant only. Is there any possibility of revising offer letter if I talk with HR.
