1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?

What level are you at EY? We hiring aggressively to build out our digital capabilities which admittedly are behind our competitors. In EI we compete with MBB and Kearney/T2 firms mostly and digital mostly goes to market with EI. I am a lateral hire MD myself feel free to DM if helpful.

I went from B4 to AlixPartners and have been super impressed with the caliber of talent. On average, people at Alix are super smart, very experienced, and don't require much context setting or debate to start driving value amongst the team.
Interested in knowing more but from what I have heard it’s bit of a sink or swim place. Seasoned consultants do well there. I know they pay quite well.
I don’t know how much digital Transformation does MBB do. They do compete with them for restructuring work.
Digital is the biggest growth area for McKinsey and BCG
Not as familiar with the digital side but yes they compete with MBB in their management consulting practice and are 1/1A with A&M for restructuring.

No Director sales target, directors are very hands on with delivery at a single client. Those that want to be MD need prove they have a commercial platform
Yes, we compete with A&M head on head in the restructuring space; and with MBB in operations, procurement, PE DD, transformation/implementation work.
I’ll be honest / modest here - while we are trying to grow Digital aggressively, we are no match for McKinsey in this space, not even BCG. But if you love a challenge, can be hands on, and sell work, you will be handsomely rewarded here.
