Anyone have recommendations on how to switch to a client side role in a different city/part of the country? I'm still fairly junior with a few years under my belt but I've always targeted this specific company as my "dream company" and feel now is the time to try to make a move before a) being called back to the office and b) while the job market is hot. So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Got 6 lakh jump in HCL with technical specialist role ? wanted to know how HCL is doing with regards to SAP projects? I heard it has more Support Projects, is it true? I see variable pay is 4.4 lacs how this works? I heard they use some application to monitor resources hours in front of laptop? is this seriously monitored? Once resources completes all his deliverables being 9 hours infront of laptop is still mandatory?
