I love in Europe and was wondering how difficult or easy getting remote front end position in a US company would be and if the salary would be the same as a US citizen who lives in the US?

When negotiating, how much above minimum salary would you ask for? I don’t want them to rule me out altogether, but also don’t want to sell myself short.

Here my manger is confusing me like layoff will after u join in IBM.. but I am in cts as 11.2 only .. but now I got SA promotion with 10 % hike .. and also no retnation for me also not there whether I can choose IBM or stay here .. kindly help guys .

Does having a referral make a big difference to get your application reviewed?

Cleared technical rounds in 2 companies but didnt got offer because of 90 days notice period. Feeling sad 🙁

I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter?
