Hi everyone, I have a question regarding NatWest’s PES (Pre-Employment Screening) process. My background verification in First Advantage currently shows 100% complete. However, when I checked with my hiring manager, he mentioned that PES still has one more item pending. Out of the three PES checks, two are already marked green and the final one is still in progress. They mentioned it could take around 7 more days to complete.
