Hi everyone,
I have an interview scheduled this weekend for the C5 – Chat Executive role at Citi (Chennai).

I’m specifically looking for information on:
1. How many interview rounds are conducted for the C5 Chat Support role?
2. What is the night shift allowance for the 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM shift?
3. Where does C5 stand in Citi’s internal hierarchy / grade structure?
4. Any tips, preparation points, or what to expect in the interview would be greatly appreciated.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
