I have experience in Selenium with Java and am currently looking for a job. It's been over a month since I left my previous company, and I'm not getting many interview calls.

I see a lot of openings asking for Playwright. Should I learn Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript? Or should I continue focusing on Selenium + Java roles and keep applying?

Would appreciate any suggestions from people who have gone through a similar situation.

Also about LTA , Can i opt out of it and get it as taxable amount?

I got the offer letter from Tata technology 15 LPA and cognota 15.5 LPA .

Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?
