I have recently joined LTIMindtree, but my work location has not been confirmed yet. I am unsure whether I will be working at LTIMindtree itself or at a client location.

Since I am completely new to the MNC environment, I would like to know which option is better for me: working at the client location or within LTIMindtree.

I am a bit confused and would appreciate your guidance.

I think I did a mistake , I tried applying for companies and dont get any calls, got two calls but both of them rejected even before taking an interview that they want immediate joiners , market was ok so I resigned and the hiring got freezed its been 45 days since , but I still dont have an offer dint just got two interviews till now I am trying to get referals , applying in naukri, LinkedIn getting referrals from fish bowl everyday and I am scared now hope I get atleast one offer😔😔

Is it common for an SE to need to do analyst-style research for a POV/POC? This research helps guides our team of analysts in configuring the product’s environment for the POC. As an SE, I’m tasked with this research since I’m customer-facing but our analysts are not. Idea being that I can apply knowledge of the customer’s requirements.

What were some effective tips or resources that helped you to learn the systems of your first firm? We feel like our firm admin/paralegal is not getting acclimated and not assisting the firm as we hoped. So we want to make sure we’re effectively training her and providing the best resources/tools for success.

What other cards to add to my collection? I have AmEx Platinum and Chase Sapphire Reserve. Fly Delta so AmEx is handy for lounges. Use Sapphire for dining/travel. Should I add Chase Freedom Unlimited?
