Hi everyone, I need some advice. I joined an IT company as a ASD Trainee 2 months ago. Soon after joining, I realized the work environment wasn't right for me and requested one month's leave. I had signed a 2-year bond and submitted 6 signed security cheques of ₹45,000 each. I now want to resign to prepare for GATE, M.Tech, and PSU organizations like ISRO, DRDO ,What legal risks should I expect? How should I resign and deal with the security cheques? Any similar experiences would be appreciated.

My results: I got mostly great feedback with constructive points, however along with it I received the meanest, most cold hearted criticism I’ve ever seen (con’t in comments).

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
